Warm-up:
back/front squat (triples to 155#)
3x3 front squat (185)
3x3 shoulder press (95)
3x2 deadlift (275)
3x6 (per arm) windmills (45# plate)
3x3 weighted pullup (50# DB)
3x3 ankles-to-bar
Left knee still a little irritated. Otherwise, a little tired today, weights felt heavy.
