Warm-up:
front squat (triples to 135#)
3x3 front squat (185)
3x3 shoulder press (95)
2x1 deadlift (315)
3x3 chest-supported row (70)
3x2 frenchies (last rep broken)
4x1 (per arm) uneven pullups (one arm on bar, the other on towel)
Feels great.

seems like the Texas is working well for you, i'm going to try and get back on the wagon this week, too many distractions and interruptions recently
i like the idea of the asymmetrical pullup work too.
Yup, working great. Of course, much of this is largely the result of dialing the metcons way down. Lots of borderline flamewars on the Crossfit and PMenu boards regarding strength/metcon balance.
Careful with the uneven pullups, overdoing it is a recipe for ruined elbows.
