Texas, week 3, recovery

Warm-up:
front squat (triples to 135)

3x3 front squat (175)
3x3 bench press (125)
3x3 bent-over row (135)

3x2 frenchies (5 sec lockoffs, last set broken)

Man, those frenchies burn! Gotta be the reason why Eric Horst thinks they transfer well to real climbing.
