Texas, week 1, volume
Warm-up:
bike ride home
back squat (up to 5x155#)
5x5 back squat (175)
5x5 shoulder press (85 [push last rep])
5x5 power clean (95,4x115)
3x8 (per arm) windmills (35# plate)
Squats felt fine, can go up next time. Power cleans were brutal, been awhile so pulling was mostly too high, and I crashed into the bar many times.

Nice work Brian - I find having a set schedule and progression so much better for tracking progress.
Was thinking about adding CJ's as a pulling workout for the volume days. Don't know about you, but just the 5x5 squats alone had me tired.
Well, power cleans are *much* easier than full cleans, much more so without the jerk. Definitely tiring, but hopefully I'll dial the form back in, which should at least minimize the bruising.
