Lollygagging's for losers
Guillaume said I used too many big words. I told him his vituperative condemnation was uncharacteristically superfluous and unnecessarily acrimonious, and delaying my vertical perambulations. Lollygagger...
But in all seriousness, surprisingly good work session on the back end of a two-day streak at TRC. No lollygagging evident, even with a team of 3 it felt like good constant climbing. Brian, Guillaume and I roped up for some big-time overhanging/roof leads - 11 (purple), 10+ (black), and 9? (red), each of them long and pumpy but with solid holds and mostly safe falls (the second clip out on the ceiling always feels a little dicey).
Brian continues to push the envelope with his leading, getting on the scary stuff now. Guillaume was a monster on the leads, as usual, absolutely fearless. I managed my way up the 11 eventually, but tore a chunk out of my hand on a fall (after the body reversal/swing at the arch apex) - good reminder to never grab for the rope or draws. Hey, at least I found out that chalk can stop bleeding... Afterwards, hit up some TRs, with both Brian and Guillaume schooling the crimpy, grueling, delicate new 11 (brown) and 10 (black) in the back. Finished up by working a few moves on a pink 11, with a nice two-handed all points dyno (which, of course, G just static-ed).

You have to love this part of the definition: "If you give a fuck, that's one fuck too much."
I started my summer yoga session, oh my lord, the instructor is one weirdo...
Bummed I missed the dyno!
Yeah, but what was the weird yoga instructor *wearing*?
50 years old slightly chunky blond in bright pink tights, with tight long-sleeve top of the same color, and to top it off some sort of short black dress... scary.
BTW this sentence "with a nice two-handed all points dyno (which, of course, G just static-ed)." seems reversed. True enough you did a dyno, and I did it static, but the "of course" seems wrong given that you are master static. My theory is that this reversal was required to keep the Force in balance.
