Deadlifts

cooldown: bouldering w/ KL on some V0-2's

Good times deadliftin. Been awhile since I did a 5x5, at least as far back as the last time we all did the CFT.

Yup, I release the bar just to make sure.

I try to do them as strict deads, but I don't release the bar. I do disengage my posterior chain to make each lift new.
