I'm really enjoying working the ring dips. I did a few jumping muscle-ups at the Black Box, but that transition is really hard. I basically had to jump through the entire pull-up to get enough power. I hear that crossfit has set the pull-up height to chest level (on a few workouts at least). I wonder if that's to help create explosive power to get you through the transition of a muscle-up?
Anyway, I've still got a bit of phlegm in my throat from last weeks illness so did a nice active rest day today.
