Warm-up:
ride home from work
back squat (triples to 185#)
good mornings

5x3 back squat (200)
5x3 shoulder press (3x100 [push press last rep],2x95)
3x10 towel pullups (last set broken)

3x10 (per arm) windmills (30# KB)
3x L-sits to failure

Presses felt great. Back squat must go up faster.

I think I'd die trying to do 3x10 towel pull ups... nice work. What are L-sits? I think in July we need to do a CFT.

I hear you about the back squat needing to go up. I think I just need to go in there and really focus on my squat or else it's never going to improve.

L-sits are when you have both hands on parallettes (or the floor) and you hold your legs 90 degrees out in front of you with the knees locked. It's like the L-hangs when you hang from the pull-up bar with your legs fully extended

Towel pullups are not as bad as you might think. Especially since you guys climb. Give you that same pumped out feelin though!
