back / front squats
good mornings
shoulder press
5x3 shoulder press (90,4x95)
4x8 ring dips
3x9 towel pullups
Man, I am tired. Just getting over the jetlag, and this is my first time in the gym in two weeks. It's gonna take a bit of time to work off the last couple of weeks of shitty diet and lack of exercise!
I've been doing standard towel-pullups, but I'm gonna work some of these variations in:
