Ode to the CFT
In honor of today's CFT on crossfit Eric and I decided to do a CFT focused training session.
warm-up:
3x5 pull-ups, dips, GM (65#)
5x5 OHS (SS: 2x85,90(f3),2x85 ED: 85,90,95,100,105)
5x3 squats
SS: 5x155
ED: 185, 205, 215, 225, 235
5x3 shoulder press
SS: 2x95, 100, 100(f3), 95
ED: 2x95, 100, 105, 110
5x3 deadlift
SS: 275, 2x285, 2x275
ED: 5x225
whew that was fun. I think I'll take my rest day tomorrow thanks.

Nice, those shoulder presses must have been hell after yesterday Scott!
They hurt alot, though not as much as I had expected. My arms are pretty dead today though.
