Morning run

warmup:
pullups, dips, sit-ups

Crossfit WOD 080507

Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run (3 laps on Coles track)

Rest as needed between efforts.

SS 3:03, 3:23, 3:22, 3:23

Ran this morning on the roof of Coles. Rest between rounds was typically walk one lap around the track, get some water from the fountain, and then go again, but between the third and fourth rounds I walked twice around the track. Really concentrated on keeping up speed on the first round, and then I ran what I considered a normal time the second. On the third and fourth rounds I went hard, but couldn't get back to the speed of the first round.
