Warm-up:
back squat (triples to 185#)

5x3 back squat (4x190,195)
7x3 weighted pullups (40# DB)

Afterwards messed around with towel pullups and hangs. Was pretty surprised at how hard it was to simply hang for more than 30 seconds. The L-hangs were even worse, pumped out the forearms. Finished with some foam rolling.

Squats a bit sketchy from bruising my knee climbing last weekend. I really should have triples above 200# by now. Weighted pullups can go up at least 5# in this rep range.

Dinner:
Shrimp + Broccoli leftovers
2 x 6 oz bison steaks
