Quick sprint workout just to get the cobwebs (and today's dim sum) out. Track at Coles was still damp form this morning's rain, slid around a bit but managed to find a dry line for most of the runs. Taxing, HR in high 170s immediately after the sprints, Filthy Fifty-esque lightheadedness afterwards.

That's almost a low heart rate for you! Nice times though.
The last run felt much tougher than the first couple, thought for sure I'd be around 2 mins.
My old man knees are feeling it today, though.
