Done on Smith rack due to unfortunate lack of free weights in crappy Mariott gym. Tried to get under the bar as much as possible so the movement was as vertical as possible, but still felt awkward. Don't think I would have put up close to the same weight free.
Really feeling the effects of altitude, wanted to do one of the recent interval run combo workouts, but getting on the treadmill quickly disabused me of that preconception...

Well, literally; I assumed you used the Smith machine out of desperation, not just to inflate your squat #s. ;-)
I'm game for climbing Wed if you are recovered, let me know.
