100 burpees for time

Simple and punishing. Wanted to run but the track was wet, would have lifted but my arms and shoulders are still ridiculously burnt from the weekend with Angie. So, stuck with burpees...
Burpees were chest-to-floor and jump with clap. Switched between two techniques, the fast cycle version where the legs are kicked out and you drop to the floor in one motion and pushup to your feet in another fluid motion, and a slow cycle version where kickout, drop, pushup, and return to feet are separated. Controlling my breathing was problematic with the fast-cycle burpees, so I occasionally switched techniques to collect my breath while still pushing on.
HR was ~180 immediately after, declined to 124 by 2-3 min after.

Were these with a jump? Picture suggests no?
Yah, I just pulled this off the web. Burpees were full pushups, jump with clap.
