Another data point

Tabata squats (6 rounds)
20, 20, 20, 19, 18, 18

Squats to low chair. Plan to do these together with Tabata push-ups as part of an ongoing Tabata experiment. From now on, will do these on the same day with plenty of rest between exercises to maximize potential gains.

Cindy will be the bench mark, done roughly once a month as a metric of progress.
