Still recovering from a mysterious stomach problem that has me eating nothin but cabbage and rice. I'm still under the weather and trying to let the elbows heal, so taking it easy. Squats felt heavy.

Wow, Brian, hope you're feeling better - missed you at new rochelle last night. Nice job on the BS under the weather.

Can you remind me again what a clean pull is, and how it's different than a deadlift? Does it come higher?

Linkety-link for the clean pull. It's the pulling portion of the clean, all the way up to the shrug.

How was the climbing last night?

Light gravity day, I'll post in a min when I have time - sent that tricky 10d in the back and finally linked up the 12 in front.

Maybe it's all this weight I'm losing from the ADF... ;)
