5-5-3 DL (135, 185, 225)
7x1 deadlift (275, 285, 295, 300, 305, 2x310 {new PR})
cooldown: run 2 miles, 15:00
Really happy about the increase in DL weight, though I barely got it up on the second attempt. Used normal grip for first two lifts, changed to switch grip from third onward. I really dislike running on treadmills, though I think I can pace it so I run faster, but I'm actually not sure.
