250 m at 1:43.3 min/500 m pace
250 m at 1:45.3 min/500 m pace
250 m at 1:50.2 min/500 m pace
250 m at 1:52.3 min/500 m pace

Shitty day today; totally exhausted. I may be overreaching a bit, so no maxing tomorrow (just climbing!). The clean complex was new to me, and I almost took my teeth out by pulling too hard on the first set, the rest felt ugly. Rowing was particularly brutal.
