Running intervals (1-1 work-rest, incline = 1.5):
0.25 mi at 7:13 min/mi pace
0.25 mi at 7:03 min/mi pace
0.25 mi at 6:58 min/mi pace
0.25 mi at 6:53 min/mi pace

Technique was off today, barbell is hitting the thighs unevenly (right harder) during the 2nd pull. Not sure what that's all about. Didn't want to deal with gathering all the shit necessary to do the PMenu metcon, so I opted for some running instead. Could have pushed the pace a bit, can hardly call the speed I was running an interval!

Yeah, but one armed hang power snatch sound like fun. I'd like to try some soon.
