Warm-up:
overhead squat
deadlifts (triples to 225#)

7x1 deadlift (275,295,315,325,325 [f 3x])
3x max strict pullups, ~1 min rest between sets (15,6,5)

Tabata pushups: 22,17,8,7,5,5,6,6 = 76

Pulling in jeans and converse. I really thought I had 335# in me today. At least I made my old PR of 325# once. The three failures were at the last few inches of hip extension.
