Warm-up:lots of back squats to 155#3x5 back squat (175,2x185)5x5 bench press (115)3x max strict pullups, ~1 min rest between sets (14,8,6)Lifting in jeans and boots! Felt good to squat, should have gone up a few pounds on the bench.
