Warm-up:
lots of back squats to 155#

3x5 back squat (175,2x185)
5x5 bench press (115)

3x max strict pullups, ~1 min rest between sets (14,8,6)

Lifting in jeans and boots! Felt good to squat, should have gone up a few pounds on the bench.
