Tabata rowing (damper set to 5):
8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest
Thought I'd squeeze in some more metcon using rowing intervals. Wow! I had to lay down for 5 minutes afterwards just concentrating on not throwing up, while my arms and legs underwent that special burning that only Tabata intervals can induce. Good times. Note to self: Bring WD40 for the flywheel chain next time.
