Technically, this is about a minute longer than my last time, but last time I had forgotten how to do thrusters and was doing some hybrid between a thruster and a push jerk, maybe going down to 45 degrees, definitely not parallel. So, this is probably a better assessment of my Fran-ability than the last time. That being said, this really hurt today. I can clearly feel my met-con lacking and I think I'd like to focus on it a bit more. That, and squat strength.

I've been avoiding Fran lately. Nice work doing it alone.
Yeah, Fran's really great when you just want to get in and get out. Unless you get totally frazzled somewhere in the middle there. I had meant to check out the Coles bouldering problems but was too spent at the end of it all.
Yeah, I hear you on the metcon thing, it's tough to balance out. I'm thinking of including short (<20 min, i.e. no Filthy 50) metcons, probably right before climbing
