A new workout?

A great crossfit style workout. It really burns the forearms though. I'm still pumped as I'm writing this. Deceptively brutal. I tried focusing on using my legs on the SDHPs, and using my whole body for the swings, but the arms are still used to hold on to things at the very least. This is definitely one I suggest trying later.

I'm surprised a DB didn't slip out of your hands and kill someone! Sounds harsh.

Definitely pumped the forearms. Probably good practice for climbing (and KL would have made it look easy). I was smoked by this--but it felt pretty good. I think my form was ok on the swings but I am feeling my lower back this morning. Scott was good and tried to keep me from rounding over on the SDHP as I got more tired. The quads weren't completely smoked, so I could definitely have used them more.

Ok, so my lower back definitely got tweaked a bit by this one. The breakdown of my form on the SDHP was probably the culprit as I wasn't pushing the weight.
