Guess the climbing has been good for the doorframe pullups. Got smashed on the pushups though. Parentheses list changes relative to last time.
Oh, and my Gymboss timer broke. Well, not completely, the numbers don't display, but the sound works; it's just stuck forever now on the Tabata interval. Sigh.

Haha, that sucks. Well, I guess we only use it for Tabata anyway so it's not too bad.
We you doing strict pull-ups? I'm pretty sure you can kip for Tabata Something Else, but not for Tabata This.
Haha, kipping on a doorframe would likely rip your fingertips off.
