Good call, Brian - a real grinder. Tried to get into a steady rhythm, but the difficulty peaks at the OHS (especially 2 days after the GHSU-BE workout) - I now know for sure that OHS works the core and abs. Nothing in particular, but everything in general, kind of fried (also dropped the barbell on my head trying to go from front to back).

As we were warming up, we were approached by a guy who asked, "Excuse me, but are you doing The Beast?" Turns out he's a Crossfitter who occasionally works out at the Black Box, said there were a few crazy athletes up there. Didn't speak to him too long, could tell he was itching to get back to his workout - he was in the middle of his last round of Elizabeth.

Where Kenway had problems in the core of he OHS, I had problems with the presses and keeping the weight over my head in the OHS. My arms got really tired. On the upside, my legs finally felt good today so I'm looking forwad to tomorrow's workout.

Also, today Eric busted out some perfect form OHS, down to parallel and back. Yea ROM.

Nice work, you guys beat me to it!

Was wondering when you were gonna run into one of the CrossfitNYC guys. I remember one of them did Murph on the roof track.

Knee hasn't felt too bad to day. I was tired last night tho, kinda nicely all around worn. But, I have to determine the cause of my knee clicks and get a foam roller... a trip to Paragon tomorrow, perhaps.
