Great day to be outside
Probably a better day to be on the beach in Mexico, but oh well.
For time:
5 rounds of:
400m run
35 steps walking lunges
35 push-ups
SS 24:33
A good metcon, gets the blood flowing. The run and lunges weren't bad at all, and were pretty much done unbroken. The push-ups were different and went something like (35, 20-15, 10-10-8-7, 10-9-7-.... and then smaller increments. Never below 5 though.)

Nice job Scott, anything with walking lunges still scares me...
I'm taking this one on vacation!
Yeah, it's definitely a good one to do with limited (or nonexistent) equipment
