For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (subbed 35# db)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (subbed 20# db thrusters)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (subbed tuck jumps)

KL 36:12
This felt terrible as always. It felt great for awhile and I was really burning through it, but I hit a wall right before the push presses (was ahead of KL before that!) and had to really break everything up after that... almost met pukie, but finally finished. Our times are both much better than they were the last time we tried this, or even our best attempt, which is good. Next time will be better though. Also, I think it may be wise to learn how to do double-unders cause they're probably less taxing than tuck jumps.

Scott was out of the gate like a rocket! 10 reps ahead on the box jumps and then I could barely keep sight of him - think he got screwed on the KTE, somebody stole his pull-up bar in the middle.
Didn't feel faster today, everything was broken up except the lunges. Took smaller breaks today...
