Crossfit WOD today
Five rounds for time of:
50 Squats
30 Pull-ups
15 Handstand push-ups
KL: 24:10 (3:14,3:58,5:24,5:40,5:54)
SS: 30:52
Subbed pushups with legs on storage shed (~4 ft high) for HSPU, which in the end was a little too easy, at least compared with the rest of the workout. Pull-ups were the worst by far, tore 3 calluses early on and left a bloody mess on the bars (at least the post-monkeybite tetanus shots are now finally worthwhile).

Except the pull-ups, this didn't feel so bad during the workout, but man was I tired last night...
