Playing Outside... Tabata Something Else!

Uh Oh... lack of oxygen caused me to miss remember the number of iterations...

Warmup:
Straight leg lifts with theraband
jogging in place

ED:
Pull-ups: 7,7,7,5,5,4,4,3,5,2: 44 (49)
Push-ups: 8x10,7,5: 80 (92)
Sit-ups: 5x11,5x10: 85 (105)
Squats: 4x15,3x17,3x16: 127 (159)

Reps: 336 (405)

Reps in parens are caused by the extra two rounds per excercise caused by lack of oxygen. Teach me to not workout for a few days. Compare with recent efforts by BL and KL & SS. My equipment:













Pull-up bar, Sit-up station, push-up and squat station.

Nicely done sir! Glad to see being out of the city getting fat at the family place hasn't dulled your workout motivation. Or maybe it sparked it :)

Didn't realize you were at the summer house. Scenery looks beautiful. Nice job on the intervals. Guess that knee is all better now? The pullups are coming along nicely as well!

I had to do negatives for some of those pullups towards the end. The big difference is kipping--if I can kip, I can do many, many more pullups that wihout. That said, tree bark does not do wonders for your hands when your kipping...

Also, there are only 9 intervals in the pull-up set. I think you're missing a set of 6 reps in there
