1=4,1=4 shoulder press (2x90, pins set just below nose)
1x1:30 front plank
Rushed this a bit since I came just before closing. Split jerks felt good at 125#, but not being able to bail safely was a problem, so I switched to just cleaning.

Brian, it'll be good to see how your shoulder press work pays off in the CFT...
If anything, it'll pay off in technique. I spent some time playing with hand placement, we'll see soon enough.
