All rounds broken: 12-5-4, 11-10 5-5-5, 8-7 5-4, 5-4
Much much credit to Scott - that's a huge improvement from last time, and no way would I have gone to the gym if you hadn't... That felt far more tiring than I had expected, I don't know if I'm tired or it's been so long I've forgotten how taxing Fran is.
Oddly enough, what hurt the most afterward was my forearms, in a post-Tabata lactic acid kind of way. I really don't think it was from climbing the other day. It might be due to holding the weight further up on my palms - I have a habit of rolling the weight forward at the top (it kind of helps me reach and not short the end of the press).
whew, no kidding. My forearms were smoked after doing it. All my rounds were broken as well, almost the same way yours were, except I think my first round of pull-ups was something like 12-5-4. This one's tough, no doubt about it.
