Lots of mobility work today and stretching again. I have noticeably greater flexion than a few weeks ago, but the improvement is slowing (as you'd expect). The last few degrees are going to take a while. Doing the squats on the BOSU was interesting. This is all about getting me to use my stabilizers and improve balance. They have told me I'll be starting things like jogging on the treadmill next week...
