Back to squats, which we've ignored for a while now. OHS felt stronger balance wise, wrists started hurting at the heavier weight. I love the overhead squat - it's so deceptively taxing and it forces you to be perfect on your form.
Much more tired for the back squat than I imagined, mostly felt like back was feeling the OHS work. As Scott noted, it was very hard to get out of the hole. Keeping the weight lower and working on form felt great though, mostly getting all the way down and watching the back on the drive.

As hard as it is for me to hold heavy weights up here, I can't imagine doing the 30 snatches in Isabel...
no kidding. I just figured out what a snatch was yesterday. Well done with Isobel.
