PT, PT, PT

So, after an eventful trip Montreal I am back for more PT.

10min bike (Level 5) @ 100RPM
Leg Press 2x10 60#
Adductor Squeeze 2x10 60#
Knee Raise 2x10 30#
Side Raise 2x10 30#
Leg Raise (Machine) 3x10 25#
Step Up & Down 2x10
Ball Assisted Squat 2x10
Leg Raise Four Way (Lying Down) 2x10 4#
Stork Stand 4x20s
Assisted Flexion

Felt pretty good. The leg raises hurt a bit passing through 45°. They will let me do the isolating weight machines on my own starting on Thursday--the little things you start looking forward to.

Did you find out how soon you an start freestanding exercise?

Not sure when they'll give me the ok. I definitely still have a few places where there is weakness. I still can't descend a step with full weight. But, given that they'll let me hit the machines starting Thu, we're getting closer...
