10min stationary bike @ L9, 90RPM

IT band stretch using foam roller

Leg extensions 3x10 45#
Leg press 3x10 130#
Leg adductor 3x10 80#
Leg abductor 3x10 80#
Knee raise 3x10 80#
Hamstring curl 3x10 50#

Wall/ball supported squats 3x10 with elastic between knees
Backward lunges 3x10
Gel balancing with straight leg extensions (theraband)

Lying straight leg raise (4 ways) 3x10 5#

The straight leg raises (while lying down) really get harder with an extra pound. Felt better all around today, but the balancing is more difficult now (they are making me take my shoes off).
