2x1:30 front plank
Very fatigued today, too sick for a metcon, so I tried some lifting. A few of the presses turned into marathon battles where the bar hovered above my forehead for what seemed like minutes; ended up wiping me out. At least the front squats felt good, A2A & torso was nice and straight.
Plate swings (Figure 8 from Bartonietz et al., 1997), which I did with extension over and behind the head (you can catch a video of it here):

Yes, the beer helped alot, especially paired with the Dayquil.
Not well enough for a metcon, but maybe by Tues or Wed.

No, I suppose not. I've been nine behind Kenway for as long as I can remember. I'd worry more about him catching you than me :)
