Warm-up:
overhead squat
good mornings
back squat
5x5 overhead squat (85,95,105,110,115)
7x3 shoulder press (85)
3 rounds of:
1 (per arm) turkish get-up (25,35,45# plate)
1x5 back squat (135)
TGUs were tough at 45#. Left arm is weaker than my right; this showed up during the TGUs as well as the last couple of sets of the press. Time for more DB work.
