In preparation for the CFT we should be doing soon...
10x2 deadlift
SS 2x245, 235, 6x245 , 255
KL 275, 285, 2x295, 2x305, 2x315, 2x325
Quick in an out ME deadlift today. Focused on trying to lock the lower back and abdominal core at the start of the lift to transfer the leg drive to the bar and decrease the work that back extension needs to do. Still hard to do as the weights got up there.
Also, loads are heavy enough that grip was becoming an issue past 295 or so. Wasn't comfortable with the mixed grip, it still feels asymmetric to me. Maybe I'll try the hook grip next time.

Nice work guys. The hook grip helps alot, but takes some getting used to. It helps if your hands are actually big enough for your fingers to wrap fully around your thumb.
