Keep on PTruck'n

A good PT today

10min stationary bike @ L9, 100RPM

IT band stretch using foam roller

Leg raise 3x10 25#
Leg press 3x10 70,90,90#
Leg adductor 3x10 60,70,70#
Leg abductor 3x10 70#
Knee raise 3x10 70#
Hamstring curl 3x10 30#

Wall/ball supported squats 3x10
Backward lunges 3x10

Lying straight leg raise (4 ways) 3x10 4#

Felt pretty good today. Minor crepitation (I think) along the back of the patella. The PT did some work to loosen it up and break up some more scar tissue around the patellar tendon interface with the tibia. Flexion is up to 130° (easy).

Way to keep at it. Wouldn't worry about a little crepitation, as long as it's external to the joint itself.
