Really kinda smoked from the last two days, but thought it would be good to get a little work in (sound like Scott, don't I?):

Eric continues to push up big shoulder numbers easily. My shoulders are pretty tired from yesterday's ridiculousness, but focusing on form really helped get the weight up, especially leaning with my head through under the bar. In the shoulder press, I find that the slightest change in mechanics will affect whether I make or fail the rep.

One positive to have come from Eric's surgery is that everyones' shoulders seem to be getting stronger!
