thinking relay or solo?

awful lot of running...

The running I'm less concerned about. It's the 51 floors of stairs that will be the true test.

I'm game for relay or solo, although it will probably depend on my conditioning nearer the race.

We used to run stairs in college - it was considered a "treat" and a reprieve, at least from being on the erg.

I remember the biggest argument was whether to take them one or two at a time...

Yeah! You can have the stairs if we tag-team it...

Except it happens to fall on neuroecon... I don't think we'll be able to make it. That sucks too, because I was really looking forward to this one.
