What training wrought...
Just because I know you all want to see this...
Hard to see landmarks here. (I don't have a good photo of the old ACL).
Note the drill...
A new ACL.
I'll post some more thoughts later and a bit on ACL reconstruction but I can now say that I have a brand spanking new (old) ACL. And, more important, my return-to-training clock has started...

Holy shit. Totally disoriented. WTF am I looking at?
Are the images different based on some sort of time progression as the scope moves?
I guess those tatters in the top image were what was left of your old ACL huh?
btw, that's fucking cool.
Eric, are those images from your scope today?
Oh yeah, I like the looks of your new ACL.
yeah, these are all me
unfortunately they didn't timestamp the images. I have 8 more that I didn't post, but I'll bring them into the lab and have Kenway translate...
So here's my totally unprofessional opinion:
I'm guessing the lower images in the top photo are, like Scott suggested, the remnant of your ACL attachment to your tibia.
The first image, second photo looks like your ACL, and it seems pretty disrupted. The top two bone pieces are the articular surfaces of the two epicondyles at the end of your femur, the ACL and PCL attach between and behind this gap. In the other photos it looks like he's probing your meniscus on either side.
I think the last set is a drill, but hard to tell.
On second thought, those last images might be your new ACL - big honking mofo if that's what it is...
