Tabata rounds of
squat
pull ups (strict)
push ups
situps
row

with one minute rest between rounds and each round scored as least number of reps completed per round (cals for the row)

ED: (17,4,3,10,5) = 39
SS: (15,3,5,12,7) = 42
KL: (20,2,6,9,5) = 42

Really great workout. So great that I'm going to take a rest day tommorow. Strong work by everyone.

Good work all around. This one was particularly rough - you missed a good one, Brian, but we figured we should send Eric off to invalidhood properly.

I blew out too hard on the squats, and was just trying to hang on at the end. The rows were particularly rough, Scott was really nailing em at the end.

It did feel good to go out on such a high... err, painful note. Definitely a keeper. Pain all around. I actually almost fell down walking from the upstairs locker room downstairs on my way to return my lock and towels. I had to hold the hand rail. I really liked the squats. Too bad I won't be doing any for a while.
