Push jerk depth
Eric got me thinking about how deep one should drop in the push jerk. My guess was that you dropped as deep as necessary to ensure that the weight was locked out at the top without the need to press out. Here's a video of Dimas lifting; he's somewhat unique in that he push jerks rather than split jerks, and you can see when you get to lifting over 200kg over your head, you drop fairly deep. It's not as deep as you might think; the extra depth is achieved through torso/shoulder positioning. This is more similar to the overhead squat, and requires lots of flexibility.
