21, 18, 15, 12, 9 rep rounds of
95# deadlift
95# hang power clean
95# front squat
95# push jerk
Could only complete 21 rep round (at an astonishing 13:30).
Just didn't have it today. The HPCs really killed me - my technique is poor enough to really make me work on those, and I'm suffering the consequences. This workout doesn't have a name, but I have a few choice ones in mind after I complete it one day...
This is a real test workout. It's metcon-y but the weight is significant enough (for me) to be taxing. Two recs for next time, though, if I'm brave/stupid enough to try it again:
1) drop the weight to ~75#
2) do it in a rack - having to clean that bar off the floor everytime you stop is killer
