Interesting that in the first video, there are no comments about shoulder/arm positioning. All their elbows point down (compare to Eva T's video here or Dimas here). Seems to promote a disconnection from the hip drive, but whatdoiknow, they're getting the weights up. Just curious what the CF take on proper rack position is.
