Demonstrated on Crossfit 070527, suggested by Brian (albeit with a wicked grin).
This one got the heart rate going good. I actually started breaking up the pushups before the DLs, probably around round 4. Started having to break the DLs due to grip, usually 10-5 or 8-7. One caveat is I tried not to bounce the bar, so I was skimming the ground - next time, may try to find pads for the weights, etc.
Did this to compensate for my miserable showing on Monday's 5 round, 95# extravaganza. Haven't tried this one before, but it's a good solid burner.

looks good! love the graph. now, I'm going to wait and see how you're doing in another day before I decided to add this to my future repertoire. if you take six days to recover like brian....
I'd rather think of it as "I'm a better source of data than my evolutionarily disadvantaged NHP friends"
I definitely feel stiff today, but not too bad yet - after hearing Brian's travails, really tried to avoid loading the back entirely as the sets went on, that helped a bit.
Going first sucks ... I don't think I'll work up the courage for this one for at least another month.
