Warm-up:

back/front squat
shoulder press
good mornings
5-5-5-5-3 overhead squats (65,85,95,105,110)
7x3 deadlifts (185,205,225,245,3x245 [lockout missed on the last rep of the last three sets])
Just checking that my OHS was really improving, although I made sure not to bail so as not to ruin the rest of the workout. Grip is becoming an issue with the deadlifts, and I had to use a mixed grip past 225#. Still fairly awkward for me since it feels very asymmetric. Maybe time for some dedicated grip work!
